Hello Cultivation Church family and all those soon to call it home. We are Daniel and Melissa Bankston, the interim Youth Directors here at Cultivation Church and are thrilled you have chosen to entrust your youth with our Church. We love the Lord and love our community and especially love those we get to serve beside at Cultivation. Our desire is to share the truth of God’s Word and to inspire each student to foster a personal relationship with God; in Spirit and in Truth as we do with our own 3 children (Steele, Grace and Joy).
Life long residents of Southeast Louisiana and local business owners, we feel a strong bond with our community and a commitment to God’s Word; “Do to others whatever you would like them to do to you. This is the essence of all that is taught in the law and the prophets” (Matthew 7:12) Our mission at Cultivation Church is passion, people and purpose. The passion we have for Christ is shared with the people we connect with to create an encounter with a passionate Jesus to be called according to His purpose. Cultivation Church has felt like home since day one and we know when you walk through our doors, you will feel the same way.
Your youth will have the opportunity to encounter the presence of God on Wednesday night Youth experiences, Youth Summer Camp, Community Outreach and Service Events, Fundraisers, Fellowship nights, and many others ways to share the Word and apply it to our lives.
