Dave & Dr. Missie Howe

Welcome to Cultivation Church. We are excited you have chosen to be a special part of our church commUNITY (Psalm 133:1). We are Dave and Missie Howe – the directors of the Cultivation Church young adults ministry, The C.R.E.W., for people (post-high school) ages 18 – 29. Additionally, Dr. Missie serves as our Executive Site Director for our college internship program, Cultivate U, which launched August of 2023.

Here at Cultivation Church, as part of our mission – Passion, People, and Purpose – we believe that all young adults deserve to be invested in and to have their identities in Christ cultivated so they can articulate their beliefs when challenged in college classes and in the workforce. We consider it a privilege to assist them in meeting like-minded Christians, their own age, to serve together in church and ministry and to support one another in day-to-day life. This generation is the immediate future of our church, community, and world. Part of our mission is to walk alongside each individual young adult as he or she begins to identify God’s perfect plan, purpose, hope, and future (Jeremiah 29:11) while helping to cultivate their strengths and struggles.
