Mitchell & Sarah Franatovich

Welcome to Cultivation Church. We are excited you have chosen to be a special part of our church community. We are Mitchell and Sarah Franatovich. We are blessed to serve as the Pastor of Ministry Operations here at Cultivation Church. We have two children, Maci and Kayla, and they absolutely love attending Cultivation Church. Our family has been attending Cultivation Church for the past 3 years now and love to call it home. 

Here at Cultivation Church, as part of our mission – Passion, People, and Purpose – we want to cultivate an atmosphere where people of all walks of life can experience the life changing presence of God, and we strive to do just that! Along with cultivating an atmosphere in God’s presence, we want to help every person cultivate a personal relationship with Him. 

Part of my responsibilities as Pastor of Ministry Operations is to oversee our Sunday morning experience, Newcomers’ Social, Starting Point, discipleship training, leadership development, Small Groups, and Care Groups. We believe that connecting with each other and growing together helps cultivate a deeper relation with Jesus.
